I've been searching around for aftermarket accessories as well, so this is a good find. Don't really have any familiarity with this brand, but the prices are reasonable.
3M double side tape is what's often used, similar to what car makers already use to stick on emblems which quite often last the life time of the vehicle, so yes it will be durable.Really like how subtle these accessories are and that they are offered in a carbon fiber finish. Some good reviews of their kits on youtube. There is another splitter if you search on ebay for "VW" arteon splitter but a bit ott for my liking.
Universal splitters are worth looking into especially if you want carbon fiber.
