Has anyone seen power/torque curves in graphical form for the various engines in the Arteon? Once upon a time manufacturers would always put these in their brochures but it's not so common now.

All you get in the Arteon brochure is max power and torque and the rpm range, which isn't that informative, especially the way it's presented. I can't believe, for instance that the 2.0TSI 190PS engine has the same max torque value from 1500rpm right through to 4180rpm...surely it's not a constant flat line? In the case of the 280PS version it's quoted as being the same between 1700rpm and 5600rpm!

That is one of the advantages of a modern turbo engine, as soon as you hit max boost you have max torque til red line.
