Is that delay just a result of VW being unable to keep up with demand? I guess VW didn't anticipate so much interest in their new model.

That's a long time to wait for any model, but the wait should be worth it. Most likely production is lagging behind and VW didn't think there would be so much interest in a sedan when sales in this segment has been lagging behind for a while. It's going to be a long wait, especially if you put in an order now.

I just ordered one through a leasing broker and was told 5-6 months! It's going to be a long wait :sad:

It's a pity to pay for delivery and wait another 27 weeks...

Maybe contact them on Instagram? Now, this social media is more popular than Facebook.
