Welcome to the forum Jan! You can find your owners manual online from VW here - https://www.vwserviceandparts.com/digital-resources/online-owners-manual/ all you have to do is enter your Arteon's VIN number.

It might be a regional thing unfortunately. Have you tried speaking with a local dealer?Is it possible to download a file or it's only a browser? Some time ago I found also such page: http://www.volkswagen.co.uk/owners/manuals
but I don't know why (probably region restrictions) my VIN doesn't work and I can't see/download user manual.
Will be great if some of you can send me file with manual (please contact on priv message).
