Seems the full width running lights only come if you spec the IQ lights

Hi All,
Just curious - All the reviews of the 2021 Arteon's show them with the new full width running lights that meet at the VW badge in the middle of grill.
Checking photo's of other 2021 examples seems UK models don't have them - at least the coupe version.
Any one know why (shooting brake only, UK law, optional extra ... ?
